An Aston Villa supporter has spent years building a detailed miniature replica of Villa Park to raise money for a local charity.
Alan Crampton, originally from Birmingham but now living in Northamptonshire, has created a stunning 10ft 8in by 7ft 7in replica of Villa Park.
The intricate model includes 3D-printed seats, toilets, food stalls, police on horseback, and even litter scattered around the stadium’s surroundings.
Fans are invited to “buy a seat” in the miniature stadium, with proceeds going to Do It For Defib, a defibrillator charity, reports BBC Sports.
Crampton, a father of five, began the ambitious project in December 2019 and worked on it extensively during the Covid-19 lockdowns.

He used old Subbuteo stands and 3D-printed parts from scrap materials at his workplace, while the pitch came from a friend in South Africa.
“I had more time during furlough, so I added extra detail,” he said. “I even built the Trinity Road Stand.”

When the model outgrew his house, Crampton built a dedicated “man cave” in his garden, complete with a bar.
Each donor receives a hand-painted miniature figure placed in the stands — symbolizing their seat inside the model stadium.
So far, Crampton has raised £4,100 toward his £5,500 goal, helping to fund two new community defibrillators through his My Villa Park Build Facebook page.
