Vinicius Junior has reportedly attributed “one of his best goals ever” against Levante to the lessons he learned from former Real Madrid teammate Luka Modric.
Prior to Franco Mastantuono doubling the advantage in the first half, the Brazilian winger gave Los Blancos the lead with a spectacular trivela shot. Then, Kylian Mbappe scored twice to give the Spanish powerhouses a resounding 4-1 victory.
In the 28th minute of the game, Vinicius broke the deadlock against Levante with a spectacular strike that enthralled the crowd.
After picking up the ball on the far side of the box, the Brazil international used the outside of his right foot to bend a spectacular shot into the net.

Vinicius Pays Tribute To Modric For Spectacular Goal
According to Goal, after the match, Vinicius Jr credited Modric for inspiring the goal, as he told Real Madrid TV: “Luka Modric taught me [that kind of shot].
“I miss him. But I’m very happy with the game, and with the win. Let’s hope I can score more goals like that. It’s one of the best goals I’ve scored with the outside of my foot.”
The Brazilian winger, who has two years left on his current contract at Santiago Bernabeu, has reportedly refused to sign a new agreement because he wants pay comparable to Kylian Mbappe’s.
Madrid will not alter their contract offer as they are sticking to their present position.
