Chelsea have reportedly received a significant boost in preparation for their matchup against Brentford this weekend.
In an attempt to continue their unbeaten start to the Premier League season, the Blues will take on Keith Andrews’ team on Saturday night at 8 p.m. at the G-Tech Community Stadium.
Chelsea defeated Fulham 2-0 at Stamford Bridge prior to the international break. Enzo Fernandez doubled the lead from 12 yards out after Joao Pedro had put the Club World Cup winners ahead just before halftime.
Meanwhile, Brentford were defeated 2-1 by Sunderland at the Stadium of Light. Igor Thiago broke the deadlock in the final quarter of an hour, but the Black Cats produced a late rally – with Enzo Le Fee and Wilson Isidor strikes to help Sunderland claim three crucial points.

Chelsea are one of just three teams that are still undefeated in the English Premier League this season, despite losing a few important players to injury, including talisman Cole Palmer.
According to Football London, the Blues have received some well-known players back from the sidelines, which is fortunate for Enzo Maresca.
Romeo Lavia and Benoit Badiashile have both taken part in first-team training at Cobham over the international break as they attempt to regain their match fitness. Neither have made an appearance for Chelsea this season.
After being given some leeway, Tosin Adarabioyo, Trevoh Chalobah, and Fernandez also reported for duty.
Alejandro Garnacho and Facundo Buonanotte, whom the Blues signed on loan from Brighton on the day of the deadline, resumed their preparations at Chelsea’s Surrey training facility.
