Napoli have reportedly submitted an official offer to Liverpool for Darwin Nunez.
In order to strengthen their attacking lineup, the Serie A winners are searching for another center-forward.
Romelu Lukaku, Giacomo Raspadori, and Giovanni Simeone are all available to Antonio Conte, and Victor Osimhen rejoins the team following a loan stint at Galatasaray.
However, after a falling out with the team last summer, Osimhen will not be staying at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
There is considerable Premier League interest in him, but his most likely destinations are Al-Hilal and a return to Turkey.

Nunez, a Uruguay international who has battled for regular playing time since Arne Slot took over at Anfield, is now being targeted by Napoli in a move that may surprise some.
Since joining the Reds in 2022 for £64 million from Benfica, Nunez has participated in 95 Premier League games and scored 25 goals in England’s top division.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio as claimed by The Evening Standard, Liverpool value their striker at more than €60 million, while Napoli have put in a proposal of €50 million plus €5 million in bonuses.
Nunez is believed to have given his “green light” to a move to Naples, but if the Italian team want to entice him away from Merseyside, they will need to satisfy the Premier League champions’ demands.
Conte’s side have designated Udinese attacker Lorenzo Lucca as a backup in case the Nunez talks go on for too long.
