Bayern Munich are reportedly looking at signing Barcelona midfielder, Fermin Lopez as a cover for Jamal Musiala following his long-term injury.
Spanish publication Fichajes as cited by The Hard Tackle, Bayern are interested in Lopez.
After losing Jamal Musiala to a long-term injury last week, the Bundesliga champions are eager to bolster their offensive unit by acquiring a central attacking midfielder during the summer transfer window.
Thus, the Bavarian team have made the 22-year-old Barcelona star their target.

Lopez is one of the most recent highly touted players to establish himself in Barca’s first team and leave his imprint in every competition.
The Spaniard was born in El Campillo and spent his early years there, attending academies at Real Betis, Recreativo de Huelva, and El Campillo before graduating from FC Barcelona’s famed youth set-up, La Masia.
The 22-year-old has improved significantly over the past two years since making his first-team debut at the start of the 2023–24 campaign.
Although the young player did not start for Barcelona as their first choice in the 2024–25 campaign, he scored eight goals and provided ten assists in 2,039 minutes of action.
In the meantime, Lopez’s exploits have allowed him to make his debut for his country, and the Spanish player has caught the interest of numerous prestigious teams throughout Europe.
Several Premier League heavyweights have been linked to the Barcelona whizkid in recent weeks. But during the summer transfer window, Bayern Munich will try to outbid rivals for his services.
