If there’s one thing you can count on during the transfer window, it’s that Chelsea will be busy.
Last week, the Blues signed João Pedro from Brighton for a rumored sum of £50 million and Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund for approximately £48.5 million.
On the pitch, Enzo Maresca’s club has advanced to the Club World Cup semi-finals, where they will meet Fluminense in East Rutherford on Tuesday, with the winner facing either Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid in Sunday’s final at MetLife Stadium.
Before then, may the Blues sign another of the Premier League’s most enticing prospects?
Chelsea’s summer buying spree is expected to continue

Despite all of this, including the recruitment of five attackers, Jacob Steinberg of the Guardian reports that Chelsea remains interested in Mohammed Kudus.
He claims that Tottenham Hotspur’s £50 million offer was rejected by West Ham United, who were awaiting a larger deal from Chelsea.
According to James Olley of ESPN, the Ghanaian’s contract includes an £85 million release clause, but the Hammers are willing to let him go for a smaller amount.
So, may he be about to swap East London for West?
Kudus joined West Ham from Ajax for a record £37 million two summers ago, where he scored 19 goals and assisted 13 times in 80 matches.
These statistics may not stand out, but journalist Ibrahim Sannie Daara considers him a “superstar,” while data analyst Ben Mattinson describes him as a “explosive and skilful player” with the potential to become a “world-class winger.”
