Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca has reportedly claimed that he and his players “don’t care” about facing future Blues star Estevao Willian in the FIFA Club World Cup.
Chelsea are set for a matchup against Palmeiras in the quarter-final of the Club World Cup, meaning the Blues will face Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian, whom they acquired for an astounding £56 million.
At the conclusion of the competition, the 18-year-old will be ready to join the West London giants, but Maresca maintains that he and his team are not giving the teenager much consideration.
At such a young age, Estevao has already made 82 appearances for Palmeiras and earned five caps for Brazil.

He has contributed 15 assists and scored 26 goals for the Brazilian team, but it is uncertain how he will perform in the Premier League’s frenetic atmosphere. Their clash with Chelsea will serve as a crucial indicator.
What Did Maresca Say About Estevao?
Maresca told reporters as quoted by Goal: “When we prepare for games, we prepare thinking about the team, not the players that are on the other side, and we have done exactly the same in this game.
“We prepare for the game against Palmeiras, not against Estevao. In this moment he is a Palmeiras player.
“We don’t care if in the future he will be with us when this competition is finished. The only thing we are focused on is doing our best to try to beat Palmeiras.”
