Real Madrid manager Alvaro Arbeloa gave guarantees that he was certain his team could overcome their 2-1 deficit against Bayern Munich on Wednesday after losing the first leg at home.
Los Blancos are already thinking about how they will accomplish this.
Los Blancos lost 2-1 without Thibaut Courtois in goal. Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior both had opportunities to tie the score, but Bayern Munich also missed a few clear opportunities.
However, Arbeloa’s team got better in the second half and were able to put pressure on the German champions.
Arbeloa Set To Shuffle Team At Allianz Arena
Jude Bellingham will be one of the changes in Arbeloa’s starting lineup for the second leg, according to Marca as reported by Football Espana.
The England international, who replaced Thiago Pitarch for 30 minutes during his second half appearance off the bench, was outstanding.
Eder Militao, who appears destined to replace Dean Huijsen—another substitution that occurred in the second half—will join him.

Ferland Mendy’s return is Arbeloa’s third proposed change. The first leg may be too soon for the French left-back to recover from his injury, but he resumed training on Tuesday.
If everything goes according to plan, Mendy will be able to play in Germany next week. He will replace Alvaro Carreras, who had trouble against Michael Olise on the left side for Los Blancos.
The question is if Arbeloa would explore a fourth change or if Bellingham will be a direct swap for Aurelien Tchouameni, who is suspended for the second match.
Bellingham’s presence probably means that Arda Guler and himself will have more freedom while Fede Valverde and Thiago Pitarch will anchor the midfield.
