PSG Set Minimum Price Tag On Neymar Jr As He Looks To End His Six Years Stay

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly set a ‘minimum’ price tag on Brazilian forward, Neymar Jr as he looks to depart the club before the end of the summer transfer window.

Neymar has reportedly expressed his desire to leave Paris after six years with the club. If the 31-year-old does decide to leave PSG, Premier League club, Chelsea and Spanish champions Barcelona have been mentioned as potential destinations.

According to Sky Sports, the Ligue 1 champions would consider bids for Neymar between £50m ($63.74m) and £80m ($102m). With Lionel Messi having already moved to the United States and Kylian Mbappe currently listed for sale alongside Neymar. They want to start a new chapter in their quest for success.

Goncalo Ramos, a Portuguese hitman who played for Benfica, has recently been signed by PSG as part of their effort to assemble a younger team.

Additionally, they are close to finalizing the acquisition of Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona. And are still interested in landing Randal Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt.

It appears that PSG plans to employ a new-look attack in 2023–24. However, given a shortage of interested bidders, they might have trouble selling Neymar.
