The Premier League will continue this weekend, the FA has announced. Although, due to the strain on police resources following the death of the Queen, Manchester United vs. Leeds and Chelsea vs. Liverpool are two of three games that are postponed.
The Premier League announces fixtures will resume this weekend apart from the following three games ‘due to events surrounding The Queen’s funeral’:

As English football entered a moment of reflection following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday, all Premier League games were postponed for the weekend of September 10 and 11.
What Did The FA Say?
Football will resume this week, the FA announced on Monday, despite additional postponements and reschedules due to police resource shortages caused by Queen Elizabeth II’s burial on September 19th.

Manchester United’s match against Leeds at Old Trafford and Chelsea and Liverpool’s clash at Stamford Bridge, scheduled for 2pm and 4.30pm on September 18, respectively, have been postponed.
Meanwhile, Brighton’s match with Crystal Palace on September 17 remains off despite the cancellation of a proposed train strike.
