“Talks advanced over last 48h and deal in place.”

Iraola is set to join Liverpool after leading Bournemouth to sixth in the Premier League standings which was enough to seal a Europa League spot for the Cherries.
Under the Spaniard, the South Coast club went unbeaten in the second half of the 2025/26 season which included victories over Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and draws against Manchester United and Manchester City which ultimately handed Arsenal the league title for the first time in 22 years.
