Academy Departures Confirmed By Liverpool
Eight youth-team players are also set to leave, including James Balagizi, Oakley Cannonier and Emmanuel Airoboma this summer.
Cannonier remains fondly remembered by supporters for his involvement in Liverpool’s famous Champions League comeback against Barcelona.
As a ballboy, he quickly supplied Trent Alexander-Arnold before the decisive corner that led to Divock Origi’s goal.
Liverpool have meanwhile offered new contracts to several promising youngsters as they continue planning for the future.
The club confirmed offers have been made to Prince Cisse, Keyrol Figueroa and a number of academy prospects, reports Liverpool echo.
Robertson is expected to join Tottenham Hotspur following the expiration of his Liverpool contract later this month.
Konate, meanwhile, is reportedly preparing for a move to Real Madrid after attracting strong interest from Spain.
Salah’s next destination remains unclear, with the Egyptian forward still focused on representing his country at the World Cup.
All three departing first-team stars are expected to feature in North America before making decisions on their futures.
