Sebastian Larsson has claimed that Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is better than anyone he played with at Arsenal.
The 31-year-old Sunderland midfielder made 12 appearances with the Gunners from 2004 to 2007 before completing a move to Birmingham City.
Larsson played with the likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie during his spell in north London but believes his former Sweden team- mate Ibrahimovic trumps them all.
‘Without a doubt he’s one of the best players I’ve ever played with,’ he said.
‘I had a few games with some top
players at Arsenal but it’s him and a couple of others if I had to pick the best.
‘I’ve played against him plenty of times in training, that’s for sure, but I don’t think I’ve ever come up against him in a competitive match. I’ve played loads of games with him, though.’
