According to reports, three senior players will leave the club this summer. Club captain Dani Carvajal and defender David Alaba are both expected to depart as free agents when their contracts expire.
Midfielder Dani Ceballos is also set to leave despite still having one year remaining on his deal.
Ceballos has attracted interest from several clubs, including Real Betis, Marseille and Ajax, as Real Madrid prepare for a new era under Mourinho.
Real Madrid Open to Mbappe Offers
Kylian Mbappe’s future has also become a major talking point despite the French striker scoring 41 goals this season.
Reports in Spain and France claim Real Madrid no longer see the forward as untouchable and could consider offers if the right proposal arrives.
Mbappe has faced criticism from supporters in recent weeks and was reportedly booed at the Santiago Bernabeu, reports Team Talk.
Tensions also increased after the forward claimed interim coach Alvaro Arbeloa told him he was the club’s “fourth-choice striker” — comments quickly denied by the manager.
The French star has also been linked with dressing room frustrations and training ground issues during the season.
Despite remaining one of the world’s biggest football stars, Real Madrid are reportedly willing to listen to offers as Mourinho prepares to reshape the squad ahead of next season.
