Barcelona Draw CF Intercity In Copa Del Rey Round of 32, Real Madrid Draw Extremadura

Barcelona will face off against lower division side CF Intercity in the Round of 32 of the Copa del Rey, it has been confirmed after the draw earlier on Friday.

The Catalan giants are one of the four La Liga teams that will enter the competition in the third round.

This is along with Valencia, Real Betis and Real Madrid. This is due to their upcoming involvement in the Spanish Super Cup.

Entering in the third round, the Blaugrana could only draw teams from either the RFEF First Division or the RFEF Second Division, which threw up a list of possible ten oppositions for Xavi Hernandez & co.

And it is Intercity that they have been drawn against for the Round of 32 of the Copa del Rey.

The RFEF First Division side booked a place in the third round of the competition by defeating Mirandes in the last stage.
