Barcelona Claim Lamine Yamal Is ‘Not For Sale’ To PSG

Barca Universal claims rumors have been circulating for a few weeks now regarding PSG’s interest in Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal.

The rumors reappeared last night, according to publications in France, indicating that the Parisian giants are willing to spend €200 million to get the 16-year-old La Masia graduate as their top target to replace Kylian Mbappe in the summer.

They think they might be able to pull off the deal since they get along well with Yamal’s agent, Jorge Mendes.

However, a recent rumor from MARCA claims that Barcelona has no intention of selling Lamine Yamal this summer, no matter what.

PSG believes that if Barcelona offers €200 million for the 16-year-old Spanish international, their financial circumstances may force them to contemplate a sale.

But as far as the Blaugrana are concerned, as they have no intention of selling Yamal, the only way any team can sign him is if they pay his €1 billion release clause.

Yamal is regarded as essential to the club’s success both now and in the future, along with a number of excellent promising players like Pau Cubarsi, Hector Fort, and Fermin Lopez.

These four are regarded as the core of this Barcelona team, along with other well-established players like Pedri, Gavi, and Ronald Araujo, so any bids will not be taken into consideration.

Regarding the club’s financial status, they would consider selling other players to raise money. However, even if PSG offered €200 million, Yamal would not be sold.
