Arsenal Trying AggressIvely To Beat Manchester United To ‘PHENOMENAL’ Player

Arsenal, led by Mikel Arteta, are allegedly close to finalizing a deal for Declan Rice, edging out Manchester United and Newcastle United to land the West Ham United midfielder.

According to the Guardian, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Newcastle United, and Manchester United are all interested in signing Declan Rice from West Ham United during the summer transfer season.

According to the article, the Gunners “have been the most aggressive in attempting to buy” Rice, and they are now “close to agreeing a fee with West Ham.”

While Arsenal is willing to pay £90 million for Rice, West Ham wants add-ons that would bring the overall cost of the deal to more than £100 million.

The Guardian is one of the most trusted news outlets, and the fact that they are now reporting that Arsenal are close to signing Declan Rice is fantastic news for the Emirates Stadium crowd.

Rice, who is only 24 years old, is one of the top midfielders in the Premier League.

England’s international can only improve in the next years.

Rice, described as “phenomenal” by his former West Ham teammate Mark Noble in The Manchester Evening News in May, would improve Arsenal’s midfield by making it more sturdy and combative.
