However, a transfer for Rodrygo will be much more difficult, since the winger appears to have provided a clear indication about his future in an Instagram photo captioned “Happy,” complete with a happy and a white love heart emoji. The photographs show him training with Real Madrid ahead of the Club World Cup.
Despite recent speculation over the forward’s future, this tweet seeks to explain his attitude with Real Madrid fans.
His participation in the Club World Cup was always fixed in stone, and the possibility of him leaving Real Madrid before the 2025-26 season begins now appears extremely unlikely.
Rodrygo is expected to discuss his preferred position with Alonso, expressing a desire to play on the left wing next season. However, this presents a tactical quandary, as Vinicius Jr has assumed possession of Madrid’s left wing since breaking into the first squad.
