FC Barcelona are reportedly close to signing young Brazilian talent Rayan, with the 19-year-old already giving his agreement to join the Catalan giants.
The Vasco da Gama forward has caught the eye of Europe’s top clubs, including Chelsea and PSG, with Barca moving quickly to secure his signature.
Barcelona are strengthening their squad, particularly in defence, but remain alert to young attacking prospects who could shine in LaLiga.
According to Brazilian journalist Joel Silva, Barca have sent an offer to Vasco da Gama, though it is below Rayan’s €40m (£35m) release clause.

At 19, Rayan is already in his third professional year and has become a key figure at Vasco da Gama, impressing with his versatility and attacking prowess.
In 30 appearances this year, he has scored 12 goals and provided one assist, mainly playing as a starter on the right wing or upfront.
Barca Have Player Agreement but Await Vasco da Gama’s Green Light
Rayan has agreed personally to join Barcelona, but the deal is pending Vasco da Gama’s approval, which will determine if a winter move is possible.
Barca are willing to leave him at Vasco until next summer, allowing the young striker to continue developing while securing his future.
Transfermarkt currently values Rayan at €18m (£15.4m), with his contract running until December 2026, making timing crucial for all parties involved.
Chelsea and PSG remain interested, but Barcelona appear to have gained the upper hand in negotiations for the South American prospect, reports Sports Mole.
