Xabi Alonso Makes Major Call Open To Three Real Madrid Stars Leaving This Summer

According to an update posted by Fichajes, Real Madrid manager Xabi Alonso has made a definitive choice on three players in his squad: Rodrygo Goes, Brahim Diaz, and Dani Ceballos.

Their limited participation in the recent FIFA Club World Cup has raised severe concerns about their future at the club, and it is now evident that they will no longer be part of the coach’s vision going forward.

Rodrygo, long regarded as a crucial member of Madrid’s future assault, was left on the bench for the whole game against PSG.

He only played 92 minutes total throughout the tournament, a startling decline for a player who was previously thought to be unbeatable.

This lack of trust means that the Brazilian’s tenure at the Bernabeu is nearing its end.

Competition leaves no room for Brahim and Ceballos.

Brahim Diaz, who hopes to be a starter under Alonso, has also failed to gain Alonso’s faith. The 25-year-old appeared in four games but only played 103 minutes total.

His prospects have dwindled even further with the arrival of Franco Mastantuono, a rising star with great potential. The competition for midfield positions has become too tight, and Brahim is no longer a first choice.

Dani Ceballos played an even smaller role. He only played 70 minutes throughout the entire competition. With Eduardo Camavinga likely to return, Real Madrid is actively looking for a new midfielder.

Alonso has made it obvious that Rodrygo, Brahim, and Ceballos are not in his plans for the upcoming season.

Real Madrid has already begun examining options for moving them on. As they prepare to start over elsewhere, all three players appear to be on their way out this summer.
