Paul Scholes has reportedly slammed Marcus Rashford over his behaviour at Manchester United and for his new club Barcelona.
Rashford was on loan at Premier League side Aston Villa for the second half of last season, but Unai Emery’s team chose not to pursue the possibility of a permanent signing.
It was obvious that his time at Manchester United, at least under Ruben Amorim, was coming to an end when the head coach stated in January that he would prefer to start his goalkeeping coach over Rashford.
In the summer, Barcelona agreed to sign Rashford to a loan until the end of the season, with a £26 million buyout clause in his contract.

Rashford had a difficult start to his career at Camp Nou, but he came alive in their Champions League match against Newcastle, scoring a brace in a 2-1 victory.
However, Rashford’s lack of professionalism has already become evident at Barcelona, as Hansi Flick left him out of the starting lineup for their 3-0 victory over Getafe when he arrived late for a team meeting.
What Did Scholes Say About Rashford?
According to Football 365, Scholes acknowledges that he finds it difficult to be happy for Rashford because the United academy graduate did not give it his best in his last days at Old Trafford.
The Man United said: “I really struggle to feel happy for Marcus Rashford.
“Mainly because of his attitude. His attitude towards Man United towards the end was disgraceful. The amount of times I saw him walking because he wanted to leave… His whole demeanour about him was a disgrace.
“I think he quit on Man Utd. When you quit once, you’ll quit again. He was late last night [for Barcelona].
“He wont get away with that for long at Barca. There’s absolutely no chance. How can you sleep in these days? Your phone, f*****g alarm, whatever. How can you sleep in?
“He’s definitely got the talent to be
. But he’ll never have the mentality.”
