Liverpool talisman, Mohamed Salah has reportedly revealed the message he sent to Paris Saint-Germain players following the Reds’ UEFA Champions League exit in the hands of the Ligue 1 giants.
PSG defeated Arsenal in the semi-final to advance to the Champions League final on Wednesday night, where they will face Italian side, Inter Milan.
The French team is headed to the Allianz Arena in Munich for the final after defeating all four Premier League teams.
They eliminated Liverpool in the round of 16 after defeating Manchester City in the league phase. Then, in the quarterfinals, they eliminated Aston Villa.

The Reds were the only team that did not lose to Luis Enrique’s team across two legs as both clubs could only be separated by a penalty shootout, which PSG won at the Anfield Road end in March.
PSG dominated the first leg in Paris, but following an incredible series of saves from Alisson Becker, Harvey Elliott scored the game-winning goal late in the game.
Liverpool fell 1-0 at home despite playing better in the Anfield leg, which was thwarted by some outstanding goalkeeping and defending.
In a recent interview with L’Equipe, Salah discussed his thoughts on the round of 16 match against PSG and shared his words to the French team’s players following their elimination of the Reds.
What Was Salah’s Thoughts On PSG?
He said: “I have to be very honest, PSG played a very good game in the first leg. We were so lucky, Alisson had his best game with the club. They were so unlucky. Then they came to Anfield and we were so unlucky.
“We hit the post two or three times, they cleared it off the line one or two times. That game was almost 50/50, who deserved it more, nobody could say. We played very good second leg, they played very good first leg.
“It was their day, nobody would say they deserved it 100 per cent. First leg, yes. Second leg, no. I shook the hands of the players after and said congratulations, go and win it.
That’s it. All the season we were steady and then the only month that we dropped a little bit, we faced the best team in Europe at that time.”
