Rodrygo Breaks Silence On Real Madrid Exit Rumours

Real Madrid forward Rodrygo has addressed the summer speculation linking him with a move away from the Bernabeu, insisting he never intended to leave the Spanish giants.

The 24-year-old was reportedly on the radar of Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, and PSG following the arrival of Kylian Mbappe and the emergence of Franco Mastantuono.

With Vinicius Junior also commanding the left-wing role, many believed Rodrygo could seek regular football elsewhere.

But the Brazilian has now set the record straight.

“Every summer, the same thing happens — people say I’m leaving or that I have offers,” he told AS.

“Of course, there are always offers, I’m not going to lie. But I’ve always made it clear I want to stay and succeed here.”

‘As Long as Madrid Want Me, I’ll Be Here’

Rodrygo confirmed that Real Madrid have always shown faith in him and that he remains focused on achieving more success in the white shirt.

“It’s a lot to have won two Champions Leagues at my age, but I want more. As long as Real Madrid want me, I’ll be here,” he added.

He dismissed transfer talk as pure speculation and insisted he was calm throughout the saga.

“This is my seventh season. I knew what I was going to do — stay and give my best for Real Madrid.”

Despite strong interest from Premier League clubs, Rodrygo remains committed to adding to his growing legacy in Madrid, reports Liverpool.
