Rasmus Hojlund Has Lined Up For Surprising Premier League Transfer Following Manchester United’s Decision

Fulham are ready to enter the competition for Rasmus Hojlund, but they want assurances that the Manchester United striker is interested in joining them, as the Dane has previously shown a desire to stay where he is.

The west Londoners are considering a move for the forward, as Atalanta has made bids for Rodrigo Muniz, which might leave them short in the last third. Those at Old Trafford are open to Hojlund’s departure and are now seeking a suitor.

AC Milan has been in talks with United over the striker and has proposed a loan price of £4.5 million with the option to buy for £39 million. That was considered the best choice before Fulham expressed interest, but the club wants to know about the player’s mental state, according to the Daily Times.

United want to move on Hojlund, especially after paying more than £70 million for Benjamin Sesko. The ex-Atalanta man has been unable to deliver regularly during his two years in Manchester, prompting them to enter the market again.

The player, however, has shown a desire to stay and fight for his place, even if Sesko’s arrival will push him further down the pecking order.

Fulham are unlikely to want a player who was forced out of Manchester and relocated to them against his choice, therefore they have asked about his readiness to make the move.

When asked about his future plans during United’s pre-season tour of the United States, Hojlund insisted that he enjoyed the competition. He stated, “I believe my plan is pretty clear: I will stay and fight for my spot, no matter what happens.
