Pogba Speaks On Rashford’s Imminent Move To Barcelona

AS Monaco new signing, Paul Pogba has reportedly shared his thoughts on Marcus Rashford’s pending move to Barcelona from Manchester United.

Pogba began his career with United and later returned after a successful time at Juventus and met Rashford during his second stint at Old Trafford.

In a live chat with streamer Speedy HQ, Pogba publicly shared his joy for Rashford while also pointing out what he believes to be a mistake made by his old team.

The 32-year-old acknowledged that he thinks the scenario is “crazy,” but he is sincerely happy for Rashford.

He commented, “I’m happy for him because they took away his number in Manchester.”

“Man United Are Losing A Great Player” – Pogba

In addition to expressing sympathy for his former teammate, his remarks also contain a hint of criticism of Manchester United’s handling of the matter.

The Frenchman was candid in his assessment of the transfer from United’s point of view throughout the conversation.

“They are losing a great player. It’s bad for them, but it’s great for Barcelona,” he said.

According to Pogba, these circumstances are occasionally unavoidable, even though United have added new players and their manager, Ruben Amorim, is attempting to apply his own style.

Pogba added, “It is not his (the coach) fault, I guess, if he doesn’t believe in a player… They have to win, in the end, if they don’t win and don’t play well, they will dismiss him.”
