The payment structure will see Galatasaray pay €40 million upfront, followed by two instalments of €17.5 million each by 2026.

Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu and transfer expert Matteo Moretto confirm both clubs have finalized terms regarding the payment timeline and banking guarantees.

Moretto, who collaborates with Fabrizio Romano, also reports Galatasaray agreed to a special anti-Serie A release clause for Osimhen.

This clause enforces a €75 million penalty if Osimhen joins another Italian club, such as rivals Juventus, within two years.

The clause is designed to prevent Napoli’s star striker from returning to Serie A and especially from signing with Juventus.

Napoli are known to insert such release clauses to ensure top players only move to foreign leagues, not domestic rivals.

One unresolved issue remains: Napoli want a 20% share of any future transfer fee, but Galatasaray may negotiate its removal, reports Football Italia.

Osimhen has been excluded from Napoli’s pre-season training camp, signaling his imminent departure from the club after years of speculation.

With the major hurdles resolved, the deal appears close to completion, pending final agreement on future transfer fee conditions.
