Manchester City Player To ‘Travel In Coming Days’ To Seal Exit – Agreement Reached

Vitor Reis was one of the players that joined Manchester City in the winter transfer window, and his decision to leave Palmeiras for the Premier League club has not gone well thus far.

The centre-back has played 226 minutes in four games, with only one minute coming in the Premier League. Pep Guardiola’s choice not to use him regularly hasn’t pleased him.

Earlier this week, journalist André Hernan revealed that the 19-year-old has requested to leave Manchester City this summer. He stated that the defender wants consistent minutes in order to keep his chance of representing Brazil at the 2026 World Cup.

Cadena Ser journalist Nil Solà turned to X, formerly known as Twitter, to inform that Reis will join Girona.

He believes the La Liga club has reached an agreement with Manchester City to sign the kid on a season-long loan.

Solà adds that the South American will ‘travel in the coming days’ to finalize his temporary relocation to Girona.

Reis is believed to be one of the few Manchester City players to join Girona during this transfer season.
