Another day of chatter has passed, and it’s time for 3 Added Minutes’ daily morning round-up of the biggest and wildest new Premier League transfer speculations from the last 24 hours, beginning with a Manchester United-related item.
According to Spanish media site Mundo Deportivo, the Red Devils have “enquired” about the availability of Barcelona midfielder Marc Casadó, who is also being pursued by Atlético Madrid in their search to replace the departing Conor Gallagher.

The 22-year-old, who hasn’t been a regular starter for Hansi Flick’s side since an impressive breakthrough season in 2024/25, has also “been on Wolves’ radar” and the struggling Midlands outfit plan to “keep him on their shortlist,” presumably in case they lose João Gomes, another target for Atléti.
There is no evidence that Wolves have approached Barcelona about a trade, as United allegedly has, or that any advanced conversations have occurred – nor is there any indication on the price tag that would be involved. Barcelona appears to be pleased to keep Casadó, for whatever it is worth, while the player himself is believed to “prefer to finish the season” at the Camp Nou.
Chelsea is ‘working on’ ambitious Enzo Fernández replacement.
Let’s head down to Stamford Bridge for another story from Spain, this time from gossipmongers Fichajes, who claim that the Blues believe keeping Enzo Fernández “will be extremely difficult” due to interest from Real Madrid, and have thus begun “working on a potential departure scenario.”
Real Madrid is considering a bid for PSG and Portugal midfielder João Neves, who has been designated as Chelsea’s “chosen replacement” in case Fernández leaves. To get such an ambitious bid over the line, a “major offensive” is planned, with a bid of perhaps €125 million (£108 million) being “discussed.”
According to the source, PSG sees Neves as a “cornerstone” of their sporting strategy and will not allow him leave easy; nevertheless, with Real Madrid reportedly prepared to do everything possible to lure Fernández to the Bernabeu, Neves will become Chelsea’s “absolute priority.”
