Despite the absence of a permanent head coach, United are still looking for new players, with midfield reinforcements a top priority and Llorente emerging as a prospective target.

Furthermore, the Madrid-born midfielder has three assists in 15 La Liga matches and excels in possession, averaging 87.1% pass completion per 90 minutes over the past year, putting him in the 95th percentile among full-backs.
With Casemiro’s contract expiring at the end of the season, United may need to add an experienced presence in central midfield, and Llorente would be an ideal fit.
