Man United ‘Met’ Asking Price Agreed To Pay Fee Needed To Secure Signing

After weeks of trying and failing with several proposals, Manchester United has finally agreed to recruit Bryan Mbeumo.

According to today’s issue of The Daily Star (news image provided below), Manchester United ‘had met’ the asking price and ‘agreed to pay’ £70 million to sign the Cameroonian winger.

According to the journalist, Brentford has asked for £70 million, while United has offered £65 million fixed and £5 million in add-ons for Mbeumo.

It is further said that this is the Red Devils’ final bid, and they are confident that it will be accepted.

According to David McDonnell of The Mirror, the Bees have yet to respond to Manchester United’s most recent offer, although a deal is now ‘likely’ to be reached.

Manchester United are scheduled to fly to Chicago on Tuesday to face Everton, Villa, and Bournemouth, and Amorim would like Mbeumo to join them.

Once again, a club has taken advantage of United’s terrible condition to secure the desired amount.

Let’s hope Brentford doesn’t cause any more complications for Sir Jim Ratcliffe by demanding a set fee of £70 million.

Manchester United are not just concerned about recruiting stars, but they have also been unable to sell players who are not part of Ruben Amorim’s plans.

Garnacho has been instructed to leave, but undesired players like as Rashford, Antony, and Sancho, who spent time on loan last season, remain in the United squad.

The 20-time English champions should sell them quickly in order to raise finances to strengthen the squad ahead of the new Premier League season.
