Manchester City signed an agreement with PUMA that might eventually be worth £1 billion, resulting in what is thought to be the highest-value Premier League clothing deal in history.
The contract, which is estimated to be the largest in Premier League history, is worth £100 million per season and will see PUMA continue to produce City uniforms for at least ten more years. Reported by Manchester evening News.
An initial 10-year agreement worth £65 million annually was reached in 2019–20, marking the start of City and PUMA’s collaboration. This has now been extended to at least the 2034–2035 season, and the considerable financial increase is indicative of City’s on-field success as well as some of the record-breaking jersey sales over the preceding six season.
“We joined forces with PUMA with the ambition to challenge ourselves and go beyond the expectations,” stated Ferran Soriano, CEO of City Football Group. Over the past six seasons, we have accomplished all of this and more.

“PUMA has blended in perfectly with our company, and we have shared many memorable occasions with fans all around the world. Our connection is strengthened and is positioned for an even better future with today’s renewal and extension.
Wearing PUMA shirts, City won four straight Premier League titles and the treble in 2022–2023. Meanwhile, Manchester City Women have won both domestic cups, and the Elite Development Squad (EDS) has won four Premier League 2 titles, including two FA Youth Cups for the Under-18 team.
