Luke Shaw ‘Ready To Quit’ Man United After 11 Years

After eleven years, Luke Shaw is reportedly prepared to leave Manchester United.

With Diogo Dalot, Patrick Dorgu, and summer acquisition Diego Leon all vying for playing time, the 30-year-old left-back is aware that his playing time will be limited.

The Sun claims that although Shaw still has two years left on his contract, he is open to hearing Saudi Arabia’s offers because of the lack of opportunities. Reported By The Sun.

Since joining the Red Devils, Shaw has lost nearly five years of his career because of injury issues.

He has only sustained 28 injuries during his tenure at Old Trafford, including a terrible double leg break in 2015 that kept him out of action for nearly ten months.

Due to different injuries to his knee, calf, and muscles, he was only able to make seven Premier League games last season.

According to The Sun, Shaw, who makes £150,000 a week, is a versatile and experienced player who filled in at center-back during their Europa League final loss to Tottenham in May.

The former Southampton star won the competition with United back in 2017, and with 388 club and national team appearances under his belt, the London-born star has plenty of wisdom to impart to the next generation of stars. However, even if he does not depart this summer, there is a chance that he will depart in January.

“After their most terrible season in recent memory, which saw them finish 15th in the Premier League, we’re very sorry for what they have had to go through this season.
