Liverpool’s Luis Diaz has been filmed arriving in Germany as he prepares to move to Bayern Munich.
The English and German champions agreed on a €75 million ($87 million/£65 million) transfer fee for the player last week, and Diaz left the Liverpool camp in Japan on Monday to complete the transfer. The Colombian will have a medical and sign a contract before the transaction is finalized, and there may be additional information on Tuesday.
Sky Germany broadcast footage of Diaz arriving in Munich, smiling for photos with fans before driving away in a car, likely to Bayern’s training complex.

Liverpool reluctantly permitted Diaz to leave after receiving what it considered appropriate market value for the player. His contract situation has been a long-running concern for Liverpool, with the club previously failing to agree on an extension with the attacker.
It is understood that a personal compromise could not be reached, with Diaz attracting interest from Barcelona and Al-Nassr this summer.
Liverpool refused Diaz’s plea to depart last summer, and he helped the Reds win a record-tying 20th league title.
Diaz’s versatility to play throughout the front three was highly valued by Arne Slot, who now has few alternatives in the wide areas. Salah and Cody Gakpo are the only senior wingers on tour, although youngster Rio Ngumoha is set to play a bigger role this season.
Federico Chiesa, who did not travel with the group to Asia, will most certainly leave before the window closes on September 1.
Jeremie Frimpong, Dominik Szoboszlai, Hugo Ekitike, and Harvey Elliott can all play wide, but none are natural wingers.
