Liverpool are reportedly eyeing a move for Crystal Palace defender, Marc Guehi after seeing a move for Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen gets to an advance stage.
According to The Telegraph as claimed by Caught Offisde, Liverpool want to bolster their defense this summer by acquiring the English defender.
The Reds would be making a statement and demonstrating their desire with this move.
Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez will be the next players to join Anfield, and they have already signed Jeremie Frimpong.

As Liverpool start to restructure their backline under Arne Slot, Guehi, an England international, who is approaching the last year of his Palace deal, is now clearly on their radar.
Quansah is on the verge of joining Leverkusen for a reported £30–40 million deal, which would free both funds and squad space at Anfield.
Palace might be more willing to negotiate Guehi’s sale given that he just has 12 months left on his current contract rather than risk losing him for nothing come next summer.
Right now, Liverpool’s center-back situation is challenging. Joe Gomez is making a comeback from injury layoffs, Ibrahima Konate is still in contract limbo due to Real Madrid rumors, and Virgil van Dijk has inked a new contract.
Guehi’s possible arrival would improve the team’s quality and provide the club stability at the defense.
Van Dijk would still be their first pick, but Guehi would have to contend with Konate for a spot in the starting lineup.
