Keane Slams Man United Star ‘Getting Away With Murder’

Roy Keane intensified his criticism of Manchester United defender Luke Shaw after blasting the player during his halftime analysis.

Shaw’s defending in the lead-up to the first goal during a 3-0 loss to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium did not impress Keane. In the 18th minute, Ruben Amorim’s team fell behind after Phil Foden headed in a cross from Jeremy Doku to score his first Premier League goal since January.

Bruno Fernandes was slammed for allowing Foden to take advantage of space to score, and Shaw was blamed for letting Doku easily get past him before putting the cross in.

Keane, speaking post-match on Sky Sports as reported by the Daily Express, didn’t hold back in his criticism of Shaw. “United are throwing money and if these are brilliant coaches, you are going ‘when are you going to coach these players to make them better?’ Because some of the decision-making, it’s just all wrong,” the United legend said.
