Jurgen Klopp expected to make a surprise comeback to the Premier League soon, with Tottenham being urged to hire the former Liverpool manager.
Klopp has been out of management since leaving Anfield last year, having led the Reds for nearly nine years. Since then, he has served as Red Bull’s head of global soccer, however rumors of a return to the dugout have followed him around.
Most recently, he has been connected with the Real Madrid position as Xabi Alonso struggles after an awful season at the Bernabeu, but now a surprise return to England has been mooted.
Former Tottenham owner Lord Alan Sugar has advised the north London club to consider Klopp as its new manager, with current manager Thomas Frank facing increased criticism after a shaky start to the season.

Spurs are 11th after losing 3-0 at Nottingham Forest on Sunday, their sixth league defeat this season, prompting questions about Frank’s future.
Lord Sugar told X after the game that the club should go all out to recruit Klopp as a successor.
“With the massive fortune of the Lewis family, it would be a win-win situation if they hired Jurgen Klopp in January,” the Apprentice star remarked.
“Lots of money for players and an excellent management. “Who agrees?”
Well, Klopp appears to be among many who disagree.
The 58-year-old has expressed little interest in returning to management, but has not fully ruled it out. He has, however, dismissed the notion of returning to the Premier League to manage a club other than Liverpool.
“If you ask me, ‘Will you ever work as a manager again?’ I would say now no,” Klopp said after announcing his decision to leave the Reds.
