Inter Ready To Table €58M For Former Real Madrid Prodigy

The exceptional performances of former Real Madrid starlet Nico Paz are largely responsible for Como’s incredible start to the 2025–26 Serie A season.

The Argentine has contributed four goals and four assists to the Italian team’s nine goals in seven games.

In light of his outstanding performances, Real Madrid are said to have already decided to exercise a buyback clause they included when they sold him to Como.

One requirement, meanwhile, might keep Nico from rejoining Real Madrid: a third club’s remarkable offer.

According to AS as reported by Madrid Universal, Serie A giants Inter Milan are very interested in signing Nico Paz from Como and could interfere with Real Madrid’s intentions for the youngster.

Real Madrid would not be able to exercise their clause to bring Nico back to the Santiago Bernabeu if the Nerazzurri were to make them a base offer of €58 million.

Given that almost a year ago, their vice president, Javier Zanetti, was spotted dining with Nico’s father, Pablo Paz, with whom he formerly played with in the Argentine national team, it is clear that the Nerazzurri have had their eye on the player for a while.

The two clubs’ relationship is still great, and Inter are rumoured to have already started talking with the young playmaker’s agents in an effort to reduce competition, pending future events.

However, Nico has consistently insisted that he hopes to rejoin Real Madrid. It will be interesting to watch how things play out and whether Los Blancos decide to cash in or go forward with the 21-year-old’s return.
