The Fantasy Premier League (FPL) Gameweek 34 saw all but one of the best XI record double digit hauls, which is something that does not occur on a regular basis.
Exactly 1,061,312 managers activated their free hit chip to capitalize on a one-off gameweek which turned out to be a great decision for several of them.
With high-flying Wolverhampton Wanderers, Fulham and Newcastle United playing already relegated Leicester City, Southampton and now relegated Ipswich Town respectively, it is only logical for those yet to use their free hit chip to activate it this GW.

Five players from the aforementioned teams made it to the team of the week, starting with Rayan Ait-Nouri (£5.0m) and Matheus Cunha (£7.0m), who were the two most-bought assets this GW and ultimately lived up to expectations as they rewarded those, who placed their trusts in them.

While the former registered an assist, kept a cleansheet and collected two bonus points to claim 11 points, the latter scored a goal, provided two assists and took the maximum bonus points to register 15 points.
Newcastle defensive pair, Kieran Trippier (£5.7m) and Dan Burn (£4.5m) handed Ipswich a ticket back to the Championship. With Trippier notching two assists and a cleansheet which was rewarded with three bonus points to take his tally to 15 points.
Burn scored a goal, kept a CS and claimed two bonus points to collect 13 points.
Fulham ace, Ryan Sessegnon (£4.2m), who came in place of the ever-present Antonee Robinson (£4.8m) at the backline showed his goal prowess once again as he stepped up to clinch the win for the Cottagers at the St. Mary’s stadium claiming 11 points in the process.
Liverpool midfielder, Alexis Mac Allister (£6.2m) was among the stars of the show in the Reds’ 5-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur, which subsequently won them the Premier League title.
The Argentinian plundered 10 points following a goal and the maximum bonus points. Luis Diaz (£7.6m), Cody Gakpo (£7.2m) and Mohamed Salah (£13.8m), who ended a 4-game goal drought to register 8 points were the other assets to find the back of the net.
