Former Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri is reportedly interested in signing Ben Chilwell for Lazio in this summer transfer window.
According to CaughtOffside, Chilwell is one among the names on Sarri’s list of potential targets for Lazio in that position.
Emerson Palmieri, a former Blues left-back who is currently with West Ham United, is another person with Chelsea ties.
According to the Daily Mail and others, Chilwell was previously predicted to depart Stamford Bridge this summer. However, it now appears that he would be permitted an unexpected transfer to Serie A.

The report went on to say: “The names on Maurizio Sarri’s wishlist are already known: Emerson Palmeri (who has high wages), Ben Chilwell, or Aaron Martin for the left flank.
“Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Giovanni Fabbian in midfield. Giacomo Raspadori for the attack.”
In order to make way for Ajax wonderkid Jorrel Hato, Chelsea could be wise to let go of a not required backup player like Chilwell.
Hato has been discussed by Chelsea, but Arsenal, Liverpool, and Newcastle United are all interested in the versatile Dutch defender who can play as a left or center back.
Enzo Maresca’s team now prioritize Marc Cucurella in that role, but the west London giants will likely feel they might bolster their roster this summer.
