His creativity was instrumental in victories against Brighton and Wolves, while he also featured off the bench in the season opener at Leeds.
Everton’s First Winner In Four Years
Grealish becomes the first Everton player to scoop the award since Dominic Calvert-Lewin in September 2020.
The England international has made 193 Premier League appearances since his Aston Villa debut in 2014, collecting three league titles with City.
Remarkably, before joining Everton, Grealish had only twice managed two assists in a single Premier League match.
Now he has achieved the feat in back-to-back games, with the chance to set a new record against Aston Villa this weekend, reports EPL Index.
Grealish topped an eight-man shortlist, with his award decided by a combination of public votes and a panel of experts.
His explosive form suggests Everton may have secured one of the league’s most influential players this season.
