Former Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is being considered by Wolves for their vacant managerial position after Vitor Pereira’s sacking.
The Dutchman, who was dismissed by Bayer Leverkusen in September after only three matches, is among the names on Wolves’ shortlist.
Pereira’s departure came after a 3-0 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage, which left Wolves rooted to the bottom of the table.

The Portuguese coach was only appointed in December 2024 but failed to win any of his first 10 Premier League games this season.
Reports from The Athletic suggest Ten Hag has emerged as a surprise contender, alongside Michael Carrick and Rob Edwards.
Wolves Turn to Familiar Faces
Former manager Gary O’Neil, who was sacked last year, is also in talks over a sensational return to Molineux.
Executive chairman Jeff Shi confirmed the decision was made due to “a disappointing start” despite giving Pereira time to improve.
Ten Hag, 55, could now be handed a route back to English football just a year after leaving Manchester United, reports Mirror.
He enjoyed mixed success at Old Trafford, winning the League Cup in 2022 and the FA Cup in 2023 before being replaced by Ruben Amorim.
With Wolves eight points adrift of safety, the club is desperate for a turnaround before their weekend clash with Chelsea.
