Alexander Isak’s Newcastle exit saga has been thrown into sharp contrast with how Eberechi Eze has handled his impending Arsenal move.
Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner confirmed that both Eze and captain Marc Guehi will feature in their Europa Conference League clash despite being linked with high-profile transfers.
Eze is closing in on a £68m switch to Arsenal, while Guehi hopes to seal a move to Liverpool before the deadline.

Yet both stars have continued to train and play for Palace, showing the type of professionalism Newcastle wish they were seeing from Isak.
Eze And Guehi Stay Committed Amid Transfer Noise
Glasner praised the duo’s commitment, reminding fans that they remain under contract and want to leave Selhurst Park having given “100 per cent.”
Their attitude earned plaudits last weekend when both featured against Chelsea.
In contrast, Isak has not played since May, effectively downing tools to try and force a transfer to Liverpool, reports Newcastle World.
The Swede took to Instagram on Tuesday, releasing a statement accusing Newcastle of breaking promises and insisting the relationship has “lost trust.”
However, Newcastle swiftly hit back, stressing that no promises of an exit were ever made and reaffirming their stance that Isak will not be sold this summer.
The Magpies insisted the striker remains under contract and is still considered part of the club’s “family.”
For Arsenal and Palace, Eze’s professionalism stands out as the right way to handle a transfer exit. For Newcastle, Isak’s rebellion is now a growing problem.
