Liverpool Star Wants To Leave After Getting Convinced Via Video-Call

Luis Diaz has reportedly been convinced to leave Liverpool for a transfer switch to Bayern Munich by Vincent Kompany via video-call.

According to Sport BILD, Diaz has consented to join Bayern this summer and is actively pursuing the move.

Among other things, the report stated that Kompany was the one who persuaded the Colombian to make the move after having a video conversation with him.

Liverpool, however, are still adamant. The Reds reportedly want at least €100 million to approve a sale, having turned down an original offer of €67 million. Even yet, Diaz’s contract is set to expire next summer.

The video conference between Diaz and Kompany is part of a week-long series of confidential discussions with Diaz’s management.

At that time, the Liverpool player is thought to have agreed, made it clear to the Reds and expressed his desire for the transfer to take place.

His desire to leave Anfield has been known to them for a number of months.

Bayern’s supervisory board have established a financial framework for the deal, including salary and transfer price, because the club view him as the perfect addition to the team.

After winning Diaz over, it is now up to the German team to reach a deal with Liverpool.
