Chelsea has advised supporters to take “extreme caution” in Naples following the hospital treatment of two fans prior to their Champions League match in the Italian city.
The competition’s last round of group games will take place tonight at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium between Napoli and Chelsea.
Chelsea wrote on their official X account, “The club is aware of an incident that took place on Tuesday evening in Naples.”

“Two fans are being treated in hospital, having sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
“The club would like to encourage all supporters to exercise utmost caution while in the city and to follow the advise given ahead of this match.”
Chelsea are hoping to finish in the top eight of the Champions League group stage, securing a spot in the competition’s last 16 and avoiding the play-off round next month.
