The Italian manager, who has been strongly linked to take over as manager of the five-time World Cup winners, is scheduled to depart Real Madrid at the end of the current campaign.

Ancelotti traveled to London on Monday with the intention of signing his Brazil contract there.

Even though he didn’t sign a contract, it was still thought that he would formally enter the world of international football when he returned to Spain on Tuesday.

He has now chosen to reject Brazil’s offer, though, and has communicated his choice to Ednaldo Rodrigues, the president of the Brazilian federation.

Ancelotti made a U-turn once it became unclear when he might begin playing for Brazil, reports Daily Mail.

The Real Madrid Coach is said to have informed the federation that he would not start his job until August, despite Brazil’s belief that he would be permitted to leave Real Madrid in June.

The Italy Man will no longer be Brazil’s manager, barring a significant change of heart, and he may still captain Real Madrid in the Club World Cup this summer.

Before the upcoming season, Ancelotti is still expected to depart from the Spanish powerhouses, and he is rumored to be evaluating a sizable offer to manage in Saudi Arabia.
