Bryan Mbeumo Replies To Carlos Baleba’s Man United Transfer Hint As Approval Given

Manchester United stars Bryan Mbeumo and Andre Onana have both expressed respect for Brighton & Hove Albion’s Carlos Baleba, amid United’s interest.

Baleba was considered as Ruben Amorim’s ideal prospect to bolster his midfield following Benjamin Sesko’s arrival. However, a move for the Cameroonian international stalled.

United spent more than £200 million for Sesko, Matheus Cunha, and Mbeumo during the summer transfer window. Further acquisitions rely primarily on getting players out the door, which has proven challenging Reported On social media.

Marcus Rashford is the only notable departure, leaving on loan to Barcelona. Despite not being part of Amorim’s team this summer, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, and Antony have all remained at the club.

Brighton’s £100 million price tag, which they are insistent about sticking to, has also made any summer move for Baleba highly doubtful at this time. However, it is not inconceivable, given the increased interest in Garnacho, Sancho, and Rasmus Hojlund.

Bruno Fernandes partnered Casemiro in United’s first game of the season against Arsenal, and the midfield pivot came under scrutiny. While Fernandes performed admirably, Casemiro struggled at times, and Manuel Ugarte, who came on as a substitute for the Brazilian, also failed to impress.

Old Trafford’s objective is to sign a new midfielder and goalkeeper before the transfer window closes on September 1. Baleba has been linked with a move to Manchester, and the player is admired by two of Amorim’s present charges.

Mbeumo and Onana, who play with Baleba for Cameroon, have recently expressed their admiration for the midfielder’s abilities. Baleba, who featured in Brighton’s opening-day draw with Fulham, responded on Instagram.
