Barcelona Teenage Sensation Set To Reach Major Club Milestone Against Inter

Barcelona teenage sensation, Lamine Yamal is about to reach a big milestone in his short but already impressive career.

According to Barca Universal, Yamal, 17, is set to make his 100th appearance for the team in their upcoming match against Inter.

This historic event follows a brilliant performance in the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid, where he provided two assists to help Barcelona win a major trophy.

Despite his age, Yamal’s journey has been nothing short of incredible. Since his debut under Xavi, the winger has been a vital member of the Catalan giants.

He cemented his place in the starting eleven during the 2023/24 season, and he hasn’t looked back since. Yamal has 21 goals and 33 assists in 99 games, helping his team to 71 victories, 13 draws, and only 15 losses.

Yamal has also etched his name into the record books. He is the youngest La Liga champion in Barcelona history (at 15 years and 305 days), the club’s youngest goalscorer, and the youngest European Championship winner.

Most professionals would covet Yamal’s list of accomplishments at the conclusion of their careers, but he achieved them before the age of 18.

With Barcelona still very much in the running for further glory this season, Yamal could realistically add another La Liga title and possibly a Champions League to his trophy cabinet, which already includes a Copa del Rey, a Spanish Super Cup, and a La Liga crown.
