FC Barcelona’s 4-0 thumping at the hands of Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final last night was an unforgettable experience.
Even if Barcelona were far from at their best, the absence of some of their most crucial players, such as Pedri and Raphinha, did not help.
However, there appears to be some positive news regarding one of the players mentioned above’s fitness.
Raphinha Training On The Field
According to Mundo Deportivo, Raphinha has returned to training pitch today, which is good news for Barcelona.
The Brazilian is making progress toward his goal of making a quick comeback after being substituted off at halftime in the encounter against Elche and missing the games against Albacete, Mallorca, and Atletico Madrid.
A one-week initial recovery period had been established, and he might even be able to play against Mallorca. Hansi Flick clarified that patience was necessary because his reactions were not pleasant.
