Barcelona are reportedly considering a January move for Borussia Dortmund forward Serhou Guirassy, who could be available for €65 million.
The Blaugrana are assessing their long-term options at striker, with Robert Lewandowski’s role in the team diminishing this season.

Ferran Torres has been preferred through the middle under Hansi Flick, prompting talk that Barça could bring in a new centre-forward.
Guirassy, who enjoyed a prolific 2024/25 season with Dortmund, has emerged as a leading candidate. He scored 21 goals in 30 Bundesliga matches and finished as joint top scorer in the UEFA Champions League with 13 strikes.
Reports in Germany suggest Flick has personally requested sporting director Deco to pursue the Guinean international.
Price Tag Slashed For Potential Move
According to Diario AS, Guirassy’s agents have an understanding with Dortmund that his asking price will drop to €65 million if a major European club shows interest.
That’s a significant reduction from his initial €100 million valuation, potentially putting him within Barcelona’s financial reach.
Still, the club must weigh the cost carefully, especially given Guirassy’s age — he turns 29 this season, reports Sempre Barca.
Barcelona remain constrained by La Liga’s financial fair play rules, but Flick is eager to add a proven scorer to complement his attacking options.
If completed, the deal could signal the start of a new attacking era at the Camp Nou as Lewandowski nears the twilight of his career.
