Barcelona are reportedly advancing well to complete a blockbuster deal for Athletic Club winger, Nico Williams in a huge blow to Arsenal.
According to the Daily Mail, the winger, who has recently been desired by teams like the Gunners and Chelsea, has reached a personal agreement with the La Liga champions.
The Blaugrana are in severe need of expanding their offensive options, especially on the left flank.
Last month, sporting director Deco disclosed that the club were considering signing Luis Diaz or Marcus Rashford during the transfer window.

However, Fabrizio Romano claims that Williams and the five-time European Cup champions have reached an agreement on a six-year contract with a salary of about €7 million to €8 million (£6 million to £7 million).
Barca still need to agree on a financial package with Bilbao, as they have a release clause that is estimated to be worth over £50 million on the 22-year-old.
It is thought that Barca prefer a proposal that would comprise payments in installments, while Bilbao want the full amount for the forward paid in full.
Williams’ desire to stay in the top division of Spain and join Barcelona was revealed earlier this month, which was devastating for Arsenal, who are also eager to add a left-sided attacker this summer.
At the Nou Camp, Williams intends to connect with Hansi Flick and Lamine Yamal. The Spain international was a target for Barcelona last summer, who are now back looking for a winger again.
After playing with Yamal at Euro 2024, the tricky star established himself as one of the world’s most promising wingers.
